option to hide card title numbers and activity resource titles

I'm not sure if necessary for some reason, but my first thought was to hide the numbered titles for sections eg

<span class="sno text-primary">14.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>

and to a lesser extent the descriptive titles for activities and resources eg "Label" or "File".

I can see why they might be useful in some scenarios but perhaps an option to hide in the settings or the ability to change them for the specific course might be something to add?

We have not added this as a feature in the product as yet because most of our clients pointed out that this information played a very important role when it comes to recognizing the course section or activity that is part of the course.
