Make course main page cards clickable links

In addition to having the "view" element for the section, make the card itself clickable. If both options available then the view element could be hidden if desired to reduce noise on the page.

For now, we have improved the user flow between courses, sections, and activities.
We have for now made sure that these sections, courses, and activities title are clickable in nature most probably in next update we will make the whole card clickable in the "Card" layout
