      Hello,
I installed Edwiser Site Monitor on Moodle 3.6.2+ (Build 20190124) without problems. The block appeared automatically added to my dashboard but nothing is displayed under any tabs.
I tried with Boost and Adaptable Themes : nothing changed.
I tried under Firefox 64.0.2 and under Chrome 71.0.3578.98 : nothing changed.
When I inspect the HTML code, I see that all informations are there (e.g. esm_cpu_usage_bar, esm_storage_usage_label...) with datas (I can read storage 18.04% (72.08G/399.58G) and so on). I can also see changes in the data in HTML but nothing in the browser, only an empty grey space.
I tried on another installation (with less plugins installed but still in Boost and Adaptable) but the result is the same.
      Any help is welcome.
      Thanks.

It seems to be due to a class "fade" in div edwiser_site_monitor_view_live_status.
Maybe an small mistake in the CSS.

            Hi Guys,

I'm Rahul Kumar Singh from Team Edwiser.

The issues that you are facing seems to be theme related, we will need to make a few tests.

Please send your Moodle admin credentials and FTP server access at [email protected] addressing the same issues mentioned above.

With Clean or Adaptable themes, grey panel but with Boost theme, it works. So investigation still in progress, but it's theme related as mentionned by Rahul.
