Cannot view Dashboard after installing Site Monitor
-
I just installed the block on our Moodle 3.6.1+ (Build: 20181214) site. When I look at the Manage Blocks page, it says there are 2 instances of the Edwiser Server block. I did not add them anywhere.
Please update your instructions to indicate where we can add the block, or if it shows up by default someplace then please tell us that as well.
I could not find the block listed in the "Add a block" menu when I wanted to add it to my Default Dashboard and then tried the Front Page. After installing, when I click on Dashboard I get an error message "Exception - Too few arguments to function Mustache_HelperCollection::has(), 0 passed in [dirroot]/lib/mustache/src/Mustache/Context.php on line 219 and exactly 1 expected". When I disabled the block, I was able to access the Dashboard again, so that must be the cause.
Please advise.
Thanks.

Sarah.Hi Sarah!
I'd start off by thanking you for enrolling for the Beta program and testing the product.
It's unfortunate that you had to face the issue you've mentioned. Thank you for pointing it out.
I'll make sure the concerned team attends to the same so that I can provide a resolution for you at the earliest.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi @sashley ,
After installation, Edwiser Server Monitor Block (hereafter referred as Block) is automatically added on the dashboard and default dashboard page.
The 'Block' can be present only on the dashboard and can have 1 instance.
For better resolution, I'll need some more information regarding the issue.
- Did you come across any problem while installing the plugin?
- Does block appear on the dashboard after installation of the plugin?
Note: If you can't see the 'Block' at the top, try scrolling down. The dashboard could have been placed towards the bottom or in the middle.
Thanks & Regards,

Hello @Adarsh-Singh ,
You tested and informed me that our Moodle version was discontinued and so we needed to upgrade. We are working on that upgrade.
Thanks.

In something similar, after installing I get the following error when I go to my dashboard: Exception - Too few arguments to function Mustache_HelperCollection::has(), 0 passed in [dirroot]/lib/mustache/src/Mustache/Context.php on line 219 and exactly 1 expected

We have the exact same thing. Could it be the REMUI theme? Mostly it resolves itself when you reload the page and it comes really intermittently, but it is a user experience frustration. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi @collegerel
Which theme are you using on your Moodle site?

Hi @Stephan-Freysen,
Keeping this in mind, there has been an update to the Edwiser Site Monitor plugin file. You can download the latest version from your My Account page.

I'm using Moodle 3.5.2 and Edwiser 1.0.2
