Users created in WordPress are not linking to Moodle
-
I am using Moodle v3.8.2, the edwiser bridge plugin with the paid extension bundle. I went through the documentation step by step and all of my connections tests are successful. When a user purchases a course through WordPress WooCommerce, the user is required to create a user profile within WP. Emails are sent to the user saying the WordPress account has been created, the order is complete, and moodle course enrollment. However, a user is never created on the Moodle side and the course page is always empty on the WP side. Even if I try to manually link the user to Moodle, I get an error saying to check that there is a first and last name and check the connections. Again, all of my connections say success. Maybe I'm missing one?
On the reverse side, if I add a user in Moodle, everything is fine. A user profile is created in WP, they can access the course both from the Moodle server and from the WP course page.
Thanks for any help!!!

Hello @tmayphillips
I hope you are doing well.
When the user is registering in Wordpress, make sure that the user enters the First name, last name and email address as these are the fields we use to link the users from Wordpress to Moodle.
Take a look at this article - https://knowledgebase.edwiser.org/en/article/unable-to-link-user-account-in-moodle-in-users-section-while-using-edwisyer-bridge-plugin-1ygk8va/
If this does now resolve the issue, could you drop an email at [email protected]? We will surely assist you.
Let me know if it works for you or not.
Thank you,
