Certificates in Moodle

Hey Guys, quick question - Do you guys have any solution wherein my certificate is automatically sent on my email ID based the course completion criteria? I need my employees/students to download a certificate for all the courses they take and for that to happen, my team has to put in lot of time in repeating the task of adding a Certificate activity in a course.
Would be great, if I can have a solution to this problem.
